About The Role: The Senior RPA Developer plays a critical role in supporting the Solutions Lead in the design, development, and technical review of automation solutions across internal and client-facing workflows. This role leverages deep expertise in UiPath to translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable, and high-performing automation solutions. Acting as a technical authority within the development pipeline, the Senior RPA Developer ensures that automation designs are robust, compliant, and aligned with strategic objectives, while mentoring junior developers and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. In addition, you will be responsible for: Collaborating with the Solutions Lead to interpret business requirements and translate them into detailed UiPath automation solution designs. Conducting technical reviews of proposed automation solutions to ensure alignment with architectural standards, scalability, and maintainability. Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation including process maps, solution designs, and configuration specifications. Identifying opportunities for automation within business processes and proposing innovative, cost-effective solutions. Researching and evaluating new UiPath products and supporting business cases for new projects. Sharing knowledge and mentoring junior developers to uplift team capability and performance. About you: In addition, you will have: Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and deploying automation solutions using UiPath. UiPath Advanced Developer Certification (or equivalent) is required; UiPath Solution Architect Certification is highly regarded. Proven experience in leading the technical design and review of automation solutions in complex business environments. Strong understanding of RPA best practices, including exception handling, logging, modular design, and reusability.
