Your Impact We’re looking for a Service Optimisation Lead to drive continuous improvement across our Business. You will play a key role in reviewing and optimising existing processes to ensure they are efficient, scalable, and delivering maximum value. This is a 6-month fixed term contract role About the Role Develop visual representations of business processes to support understanding and informed decision-making. Analyse existing processes and data to assess change feasibility, recommend improvements, and define new processes. Coordinate with stakeholders to align requirements and deliver optimisation and transition initiatives. Create and manage comprehensive transition plans, including staged execution and stakeholder engagement. Collaborate with Change and Communications teams to develop materials and deliver effective communications and training. Oversee training, transition execution, progress reporting, and hypercare support to ensure successful handover. About You Proven project management experience, including project delivery and multi-stream coordination. Skilled in requirements gathering, technical writing, and clear, concise documentation development. Strong problem-solving skills with experience identifying and resolving process issues. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and translate discussions into actionable documentation. Highly self-motivated with the ability to work independently, manage conflicting priorities, and meet objectives. SAP experience preferred, with a strong understanding of business impacts and risk mitigation. Why Asahi Beverages?
