Sydney CBD Location 6 Month Initial Contract With Extension $70PH Super About the Role: We are seeking a Facilities Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a property portfolio for the NSW State Government. The role is managing Hard & Soft service FM across a wide range of assets, located in the CBD and will suit an experienced Facilities Manager who has experiencing managing Commercial, Retail or Government assets. Responsibilities: Monitor and manage the scheduling system for all preventative and reactive maintenance work orders Delegate, review, and track planned/reactive maintenance to ensure contract KPIs are met Oversee contractor management, including onboarding, performance, safety compliance, and timely provision of quotes and documentation Assist with the planning and delivery of minor capital works projects and site upgrades Support the management of CAPEX and OPEX budgets, including reporting and cost tracking Act as a key interface between internal stakeholders and external service providers for all contract and facilities matters Assist Technical Facilities Managers with fire approvals, and preparation of AFSS Requirements: Previous experience in facilities management within commercial, retail or government.
