TEN Recruitment is working with a respected privately-owned construction company to appoint a Senior Contracts Administrator . With projects spanning across MRWA, Water Corp, Synergy, and various state/local government bodies, this is a key role supporting a team of five and reporting to the Commercial Manager. You’ll manage both pre- and post-award contract functions on infrastructure projects valued over $25M. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and negotiate head and subcontract agreements Manage variations, claims, and contractual notices Provide expert advice on contractual matters to project and operations managers Deliver detailed cost tracking, forecasting, and reporting Oversee contract close-out and legacy issues Support and mentor junior CA’s and Site Administrators What You’ll Bring: 4 years' experience in civil construction, preferably within transport or water infrastructure Proven experience with contracts valued at $25M Strong knowledge of claims, dispute resolution, and commercial compliance Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate effectively across teams Full Australian working rights and Perth-based experience preferred What’s On Offer: Salary of $140K–$160K Super Metro-based projects—no FIFO or remote travel Flexibility in working hours to promote work-life balance Long-term pipeline of secured government and infrastructure work Collaborative team culture with strong commercial leadership Career progression into senior commercial roles Ready to step into a role with long-term potential and a supportive team?
