With a project value exceeding $100M, this is a prime opportunity to take ownership of both internal and external finishes on a high-spec, high-profile build. Key Responsibilities: Supervise subcontractors and finishing trades across internal and external scopes Drive program milestones, quality standards, and final detailing Conduct inspections, flag defects, and ensure timely rectification Work closely with the Project Manager and site team to maintain momentum Ensure works meet safety, compliance, and architectural specifications Liaise with consultants, suppliers, and stakeholders to resolve issues quickly What You’ll Bring: Demonstrated experience as a Finishing Supervisor or Site Supervisor on large commercial builds Excellent knowledge of high-end finishes, sequencing, and quality control Strong coordination and problem-solving skills under tight deadlines Clear communicator with an eye for detail and a commitment to standards South of River or Perth-based experience preferred Full Australian working rights What’s On Offer: $150K–$160K Super (depending on experience) Join a major commercial project with a long-term delivery timeline Full-time, permanent role with a respected WA builder Strong systems, leadership support, and genuine opportunity for growth Ready to lead finishing works on a career-defining project?
