This is a full-time, permanent opportunity to lead the delivery of multiple luxury projects across the metro area. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily site operations across a round of premium residential builds Coordinate trades, suppliers, and schedules to meet key milestones Ensure high levels of safety, quality, and compliance Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and internal teams Drive build progress while maintaining strong attention to detail What You’ll Bring: Proven experience supervising double or triple-storey home builds in WA Knowledge of local building codes and site safety requirements Excellent trade coordination and stakeholder communication Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure Perth-based experience and full Australian working rights What’s On Offer: $130K–$140K Super Long-term role with a premium builder and steady workload Work on high-end homes with a strong internal team and systems Career progression within a company that values quality and people Apply now.
