Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day site operations, ensuring progress aligns with program milestones Coordinate trades, subcontractors, and resources across multiple stages Maintain strong WHS practices and lead daily site briefings Monitor build quality and ensure high standards are met across finishes Report to and collaborate closely with the Project Manager and senior stakeholders What You’ll Bring: Proven experience managing high-rise or large-scale commercial sites Strong leadership, scheduling, and subcontractor coordination skills Firm understanding of site safety, compliance, and quality standards Full Australian working rights and solid Perth-based experience What’s On Offer: Competitive salary package from $220K to $260K (depending on experience) Long-term, Perth-based role with a respected Tier 1 builder Secure pipeline of high-profile commercial projects Full delivery team and support from a strong internal structure Ready to take on a high-rise leadership role in the Perth CBD?
