We are currently hiring Machine Operators to join a leading steel manufacturing company in Ingleburn . About the Role As a Machine Operator, you'll be trained to run various machines in a fast-paced, safety-first environment. This Temp to Perm position offers long-term career potential for the right candidate. Key Duties: Operating machines to cut and bend steel rebar and pipes (training provided) Manual handling and general factory duties Performing pre-start checks on machinery Cleaning and maintaining the factory work area Requirements: Previous experience in machine operation, particularly with CNC or laser cutting machines Strong reliability, attention to detail, and work ethic Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident status Own reliable transport (site not accessible by public transport) Safety-focused and able to work collaboratively in a team What's in it for You?
