Develop and implement Housekeeping systems and procedures. Ensure exceptional cleanliness standards across Guest rooms, Public area, Back-of-house spaces Lead with attention to detail, empathy, and a passion for people, providing regular feedback on performance and standards. Foster a warm and welcoming environment for guests and team members. Focus on Room productivity, Quality assurance, Special housekeeping projects Mentor and support team members in their career growth.
