We have a fixed term full-time opportunity available as a Support Officer – Information Systems , right in the heart of this very charming City. Do you thrive in roles where you can perform repetitive tasks with a high degree of accuracy? You will primarily provide time allocation and payroll support for up to 90 wages workers in the Great Southern Region. Your job will involve data correction for entries input incorrectly. Our field workers will thank you for noticing they forgot to claim allowances they were entitled to! What you will bring to this role: Consider yourself computer savvy? You will have outstanding attention to detail. Strong communications skills are fundamental, as there will be a lot of interaction with our Field Operators, who submit payroll and data information. You will understand the importance of employee record confidentiality. Prioritising your workload will be a breeze with your organisational skills. What the role will involve: Data Management and Reporting, including Payroll. Be the Region Local User Expert for our corporate payroll/data systems. Strong focus on Data Analysis Key skills and experience: Skilled in Excel SAP (Corporate Information system) experience. Haven’t heard of SAP? Not a problem, we will train you!
