About the Role You will provide high-quality legal support on a variety of project finance transactions including greenfield developments, acquisitions, and refinancing across infrastructure, energy, and resources sectors. You will work closely with senior lawyers and clients to draft and negotiate finance documents, assist with due diligence, and coordinate with cross-jurisdictional teams. This role offers excellent exposure to landmark deals and opportunities for professional growth within a supportive and high-performing team. Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate project finance and security documentation Assist with due diligence and transaction structuring Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including clients, lenders, and sponsors Support senior lawyers on cross-border and multi-party financings Contribute to the team’s knowledge base and continuous improvement initiatives Practice Focus Project finance and acquisition finance in infrastructure, energy, and resources Greenfield and brownfield financings Cross-border and domestic transactions Structured finance and multi-sourced funding arrangements Candidate Profile You have 3–6 years post-qualification experience, ideally focused on project finance or structured finance. You are confident drafting and negotiating complex finance documents and thrive working collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
