Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking a skilled CRM Developer with proven experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to join a collaborative applications team for a high-impact contract role. You will be instrumental in delivering tailored CRM solutions that meet specific business needs, while contributing to system integration, data migration, and ongoing customisation. Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with the Team Lead and Project Managers to deliver CRM instances tailored to client requirements Configure and customise Dynamics 365 CRM environments to support business outcomes Create and maintain system documentation and support artefacts Translate business needs into functional specifications and develop work packages Assist with data transformation and migration tasks Advise on standard CRM capabilities and recommend sustainable customisations Identify implementation risks and propose mitigation strategies Operate within an Agile development environment What We’re Looking For: Strong development experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 / CRM Proficiency in ASP.Net, C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience developing custom workflows, plug-ins , and CRM portals Integration experience with third-party applications and relational databases Sound understanding of data migration and transformation concepts Ability to generate clear system and support documentation Solid knowledge of Agile methodologies Essential Skills & Tools: Hands-on experience with Visual Studio Strong communicator with the ability to collaborate across technical and business teams A team-player mindset with a willingness to share knowledge Confidence to advise and challenge client assumptions when needed If you are a hands-on CRM Developer who thrives on crafting tailored Dynamics 365 solutions, enjoys solving complex integration challenges, and wants to make a real impact in a collaborative project team, please contact Angela Macpherson on angela@edenritchie.com.au or 07 3230 0031
