Eden Ritchie Recruitment are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Advisor – Maintenance Planner to join a collaborative team supporting a broad and complex portfolio of education-related infrastructure. In this role, you will deliver high-level support across facilities planning, investment, and asset management. Working with internal stakeholders and external providers, you will ensure the effective delivery of maintenance programs, capital works projects, and infrastructure services that align with operational and strategic priorities. Rate: Circa $76.00 per hour super Location: Brisbane CBD Contract Length: 11 months Key Responsibilities: Provide expert advice to internal stakeholders on facilities and asset planning Coordinate the delivery of infrastructure and maintenance programs to scope, budget and standards Collaborate across infrastructure teams and external service providers Prepare high-quality reports, ministerial briefings, and operational audits Support the capability development of regional facilities teams Apply and uphold corporate practices, standards and governance frameworks About You: To be successful in this role, you will bring: Experience in asset management, infrastructure planning, or capital project coordination Strong relationship management and communication skills Sound analytical, reporting, and problem-solving capabilities The ability to manage multiple priorities independently A proactive, collaborative, and outcomes-focused approach This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your infrastructure expertise in a high-impact role supporting facilities across a large and meaningful public portfolio.
