HSE Advisor Job Title: Health and Safety Advisor – 2:2 Roster Location: Perth (FIFO) Pay Rate: $65–$70 per hour We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a respected and growing contractor in the construction and mining services sector , currently delivering camp refurbishment works. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor to join a strong team with a commitment to safety, compliance, and culture. The role offers long-term stability and the potential for sponsorship. What You’ll Be Doing Ensuring site-wide safety compliance with legislative and client requirements Facilitating and delivering site inductions , safety training , and VOC assessments Providing day-to-day HSE support and supervision across the site Leading daily pre-starts , toolbox talks , and ongoing safety briefings Managing PPE and safety equipment stock and usage Promoting a positive safety culture across the workforce Maintaining all safety documentation and compliance records What You’ll Need Cert IV or Diploma in Work Health and Safety (minimum) Proven experience in a mining or construction environment Proficiency in using safety management systems Rio Tinto site induction (Essential) Excellent communication and team engagement skills Ability to work autonomously and drive compliance on site What’s In It For You? $65–$70 per hour depending on experience 2:2 FIFO roster ex-Perth – great work/life balance Long-term work on major refurbishment projects Opportunity for visa sponsorship (for eligible candidates) Supportive, safety-driven team culture Join a trusted contractor with a strong pipeline of work How to Apply Ready to step into your next FIFO HSE role?
