Work on a variety of transactions , including M&A transactions, corporate advisory, equity capital markets and FIRB. 7 billable hours per day required. The ideal candidate: Corporate Lawyer coming out of a reputable M&A/ECM practice. Must be at least 3 years PQE. Work split is 100% Corporate; not a mixed bag.
