They are looking to appoint a talented and experienced Fashion Designer to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to be hands-on across activewear, swim, contemporary womenswear, and accessories, shaping collections from concept through to final product. About the role Design seasonal and core collections, ensuring commercial success and alignment with brand identity. Manage the end-to-end product development process, from initial sketches to final samples across apparel and accessories. Oversee fit and construction, working closely with garment technicians to ensure designs are functional, innovative, and viable for production. Develop graphics and textile prints, bringing collections to life through strong graphic design skills. Conduct thorough market and trend research, interpreting how global fashion trends translate into the activewear space. Present ranges to internal and external stakeholders, and assist with photoshoots and campaign development. Collaborate cross-functionally to manage timelines and ensure delivery according to the critical path. About you 5 years’ design experience, with expertise spanning activewear, swim or contemporary womenswear. A strong eye for design and detail, coupled with a deep understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and hardware. Solid graphic design skills, particularly for t-shirt graphics and textile prints. A proactive, hands-on approach, thriving in a fast-paced environment with high expectations.
