The Role As a Business Change Analyst, you will report to the Program Change Manager and play a critical role in ensuring successful adoption of new business systems and digital services across a large-scale program of work. You’ll support internal operational changes and contribute to a broader national data harmonisation effort. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and implement change management activities across multiple projects. Develop and deliver training, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans. Support end-user adoption and readiness through structured change strategies. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess and manage change impacts. Identify and mitigate change risks across business and technology streams. You To succeed in this role, you will bring: 2 years' experience as a Business Change Analyst on an IT transformation project. Demonstrated ability to implement PROSCI methodology across project lifecycle. Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. Strong understanding of change planning, execution, and resistance management. Flexibility to adapt strategies in dynamic environments.
