The Role This role sits within their growing managed services team, offering a collaborative environment where initiative and innovation are valued. As a Systems Engineer, you’ll deliver high-quality Level 2 support to a wide range of clients. You'll play a hands-on role in managing day-to-day IT operations, maintaining systems, and supporting project implementations. Working within SLA guidelines, you’ll ensure all tasks are delivered efficiently and to a high standard, all while continuing to expand your technical knowledge through ongoing development and mentorship. Responsibilities Provide Level 2 technical support to clients via phone, onsite visits, and remote tools Maintain and support Microsoft Windows Server environments and Active Directory Manage Microsoft 365 environments including Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Entra ID and Teams Monitor and maintain network server hardware and infrastructure Implement and support firewall and network security systems Assist with IT security processes including risk assessment and threat mitigation Maintain high standards of documentation and SLA compliance Participate in regular technical training and skills development You You're an experienced IT professional with a background in managed services. You’re technically strong, confident working with clients, and eager to take your career to the next level. Whether you're already working at a Level 2 or are a high-performing Level 1 Engineer ready to step up, you have the drive to grow into a Level 3 role within the next 12 to 36 months. You’re proactive, a problem-solver, and have a strong sense of accountability.
