About the Role We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Marketing Manager to join our Sydney-based Marketing team, supporting the B2B and B2G segments. This permanent full-time role is ideal for someone passionate about delivering high-impact content and marketing campaigns tailored to enterprise and government sectors. You’ll play a key role in producing compelling marketing materials, supporting lead generation, and building brand awareness through targeted content, campaigns, and event marketing—while collaborating across internal teams and external partners. Responsibilities Develop content strategies and produce conversion-optimised marketing material for B2B/B2G campaigns Create copy for sales enablement tools, brochures, whitepapers, email campaigns, social posts, and thought leadership pieces Identify and assess opportunities through industry associations and trade publications Manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through to execution, ensuring alignment with brand and strategic goals Deliver briefs and feedback for designers, web developers, and videographers Support event planning, communications, and on-the-day execution to drive awareness and engagement Collaborate with Sales and Product teams to understand market needs and create relevant marketing solutions The Ideal Candidate Will Be… A strong communicator with excellent writing and project management skills Experienced in B2B/B2G marketing and content development, with a knack for storytelling and engagement Strategic, adaptable, and able to manage shifting priorities with ease Proactive in identifying brand amplification opportunities via external partners and channels Confident in briefing creative professionals and interpreting feedback to refine deliverables Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines Benefits & Perks Vibrant Office Culture: Be part of a fun and dynamic office environment.
