Why Your Expertise Matters We're seeking an IT Contracts Specialist with specialist experience in managing the end-to-end procurement and contracting process for Delta’s Information and Communication Technology (ICT) needs. Working closely with project teams and business leaders, you’ll help deliver commercial outcomes that are aligned with Delta’s strategic and operational objectives throughout this growth period. What You’ll D Partner with IT and project teams to define procurement strategies aligned with timelines, scope, and risk. Manage tendering, evaluation, negotiation, and contract award processes for ICT goods and services. Negotiate with suppliers and provide expert commercial and contractual advice to internal stakeholders. Develop and implement ICT-focused best practices within Delta’s Contracts & Procurement Framework. Promote compliance with procurement policies across the business. Maintain accurate records and data management for tender and contract documentation. Analyse and report on contract spend, supplier performance, and procurement efficiency. Support the wider Contracts & Procurement team to deliver continuous improvement and best practice outcomes. What We’re Looking For Tertiary qualifications in Law, Business, or IT (or equivalent relevant ICT industry experience). Experience in procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier relationship management. Commercial acumen and familiarity with enterprise licensing, SaaS, and cloud-based technologies are highly regarded. Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills across technical and non-technical teams. Sound judgement and the ability to manage competing priorities and sensitive commercial issues. Experience managing procurement across multi-site or enterprise environments.
