About the role As a Principal Planner, you’ll take the lead on high-profile urban development projects, working alongside some of the brightest minds in planning, design, economics, and engagement. You’ll manage complex projects, build strong client relationships, and help shape the future of our cities. The ideal candidate will Have a strong ability to project manage career defining appointments whilst organically growing industry and client relationships. Seasoned in the NSW planning system with a proven track record in managing and delivering complex projects with multiple stakeholders. Provide advice directly to a range of clients across both private and government authorities. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with clients and colleagues, and cultivate positive working relationships. Be a team player with a passion and drive necessary to work in a high performing environment. Competency to project manage other staff including delegating, supervising, and reviewing work and delivering projects within budget and scope. Qualifications A degree in Planning or a related field. 5–8 years of experience in urban planning A solution focused mindset and an ambition to create value for clients and the business.
