This is an exciting opportunity for a Client Services Officer to join our team to support our client-focussed growth strategy. About The Role The Client Services Officer plays a key support role within the Research & Ratings business, providing responsive, high-quality service to Lonsec’s clients. Reporting to the Head of Product (iRate) & Client Services, this role is critical in supporting seamless onboarding, platform support, and issue resolution for Lonsec Research & Ratings client groups, while maintaining strong internal collaboration and a customer-first approach. Responsibilities: Support client onboarding, training, and ongoing platform access Manage daily client queries for iRate and coordinate issue resolution through various communication channels Assist with Research & Ratings enquiries, data discrepancies, and reporting Maintain user access and monitor service queues to meet response times Share usage insights, feedback, and contribute to service improvements About You: Experience in client service, ideally within financial services or SaaS platforms Skilled in managing client communications and onboarding using CRM and ticketing tools Strong written and verbal communication, with a customer-focused approach Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle tasks in a fast-paced setting Proactive problem-solver who works well independently and in cross-functional teams Essential Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in Business, Finance, Communications or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience.
