As the organisation continues to grow, they are seeking a strategic, commercially minded, and people-focused Business Development Manager to drive growth and support operational excellence within a purpose-led NDIS provider. Job Role and Summary: As the Business Development Manager, you’ll be the link between opportunity and impact. Reporting to the Managing Director, your role will be to drive participant growth, nurture stakeholder relationships, and oversee the delivery of seamless, high-quality support services. This is a unique blend of business development, client intake, workforce matching, and service improvement. You’ll identify new referral channels, ensure the right support workers are matched with the right clients, and champion a culture of continuous improvement in both systems and relationships. Responsibilities: Identify and build referral networks and business opportunities across the NDIS, healthcare, and community sectors Lead the entire client onboarding process – from enquiry to service commencement Develop and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, partners, and community stakeholders Oversee support worker matching, availability, and workforce coordination Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding via Visualcare and Employment Hero Represent the brand through outreach, networking, events, and professional platforms like LinkedIn Support operational teams with rostering coordination and issue resolution Participate in weekend on-call rotation for urgent support queries Analyse data, identify service trends, and recommend improvements to support scalable growth Contribute to marketing, strategic planning, and service innovation Required Skills & Experience: Background in Business Development, client services, or operational coordination in the NDIS, aged care, or community sectors Deep understanding of NDIS frameworks, person-centred care, and trauma-informed practice Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills Strong administrative and coordination experience, with high attention to detail Proficiency in Microsoft 365, Visualcare, Employment Hero, LinkedIn, Go2, and Calendly Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening Must have full rights to work in Australia Ability to work from the Catherine Field office at least one day per week and attend local site visits Benefits: Competitive salary : $90K–$100K Super A workplace that values innovation, inclusion, and authenticity Direct impact on business growth and participant outcomes Flexible, supportive work environment with strong leadership Career development and involvement in strategic projects A values-led culture where your voice matters and your work is appreciated How to Apply: Are you ready to make your next move count and join a team that’s reshaping the way care is delivered and building something meaningful while they do it.
