About the Role As Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and callers, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience. You will manage reception duties, handle mail, coordinate travel bookings, and assist with various administrative tasks. The role also includes supporting head office and aged care homes with document distribution, newsletters, and resident billing statements. Key Responsibilities Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional manner Greet visitors and assist with parking, refreshments, and arrangements Manage mail, couriers, and reception inbox enquiries Book travel, accommodation, and car hire as required Assist with billing statements, document formatting, and mail-outs Provide exceptional customer service to staff, residents, and visitors What We’re Looking For Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) – essential Accounts payable/receivable experience – desirable Strong communication and organisational skills Ability to multitask and work independently Professional, friendly, and proactive approach Why Apply?
