As the second leading cause of death in Australia, and likely soon to be the first, dementia presents urgent and complex challenges, and Dementia Australia is leading the response through advocacy, education, support services, and vital research. They work alongside people impacted by dementia to ensure their voices are heard, their experiences are reflected, and their rights are upheld. Impact you will have The Campaign Specialist (Community Fundraising) will lead on engaging new supporters through strategic, data-informed fundraising initiatives. You’ll coordinate digital campaigns and community fundraising activities that attract and inspire supporters across Australia. This is a dynamic and creative role for someone with capabilities in campaign delivery and a passion for storytelling, engagement, and continuous improvement. Working closely with internal teams and external suppliers, you’ll deliver effective acquisition campaigns while helping shape the supporter journey from their very first interaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead and deliver acquisition campaigns across digital and community channels, with a focus on supporter growth and engagement Coordinate creative, timelines and delivery of campaigns alongside internal and external stakeholders Use platforms like Funraisin, Grassrootz and others to grow third-party fundraising and community events Monitor, evaluate and report on acquisition outcomes, supporting continual improvement Support budget management and financial tracking for acquisition streams Collaborate with the Growth & Retention team to create a seamless supporter journey Engage new communities and groups to expand reach and income diversity Contribute to strategic planning across the broader fundraising portfolio Skills and Experience: You are a confident communicator and campaign coordinator. You’re comfortable juggling multiple projects, liaising with suppliers, and working closely with data to evaluate what’s working and what can be better. You bring a growth mindset, a love of collaboration, and a deep commitment to social impact.
