This role is seeking a strategic and experienced Fundraising Manager - Supporter Acquisition to lead the supporter acquisition portfolio. Impact you will have Reporting to the General Manager - Fundraising, this newly created leadership role will drive the acquisition of new supporters for individual giving, community fundraising and bequests, through coordinated, omnichannel strategies. You’ll lead a capable team focused on delivering data-led campaigns across digital, direct mail and telemarketing. Working closely with colleagues across marketing and fundraising, you’ll ensure a seamless supporter journey and an exceptional donor experience. Key Responsibilities: Design and execute omnichannel acquisition strategies across digital, direct mail and telemarketing Manage campaign analytics and use data-driven insights to maximise ROI and supporter lifetime value Lead a talented team and oversee their campaign planning and execution Create seamless supporter journeys by collaborating closely with retention and growth teams Partner with marketing and communications to ensure campaigns align with brand, tone, and national messaging Build strong cross-functional relationships to support holistic fundraising performance and team-wide cohesion Skills and Experience: You’ll be a strategic fundraiser who brings energy, insight and leadership capability. You’re naturally analytical, confident in campaign planning and delivery, and enjoy mentoring a team while managing the mechanics of acquisition at scale.
