In this litigation focused role, you will be working in an interesting and fast paced regulatory environment with competing priorities. Key accountabilities include: Provide clear, concise legal advice and representation to clients. Conduct of litigation matters. Analyse and interpret legislation and evidence to draft documents, including advice, pleadings, submissions and other court documents, briefing notes and correspondence to ensure the provision of efficient and effective legal services for the organisation. Research and draft advice and undertake representation, briefing counsel where appropriate to facilitate appropriate outcomes for the organisation. Assist clients and other key stakeholders on various matters and requests for advice to facilitate the exchange of information, completion of tasks and meeting critical deadlines About You You will have experience in a litigation environment and at least 6 months PQE experience in a solicitor role.
