Due to continued growth – particularly across digital platforms – an exciting opportunity has opened up within the Procurement team, which manages ~$600M in annual spend across a wide range of categories. We’re looking for a Procurement Excellence Lead to help drive improvements across systems, processes and performance. This role is ideal for someone from a management consulting background who has gained some procurement experience or is ready to make the move into a more procurement-focused role. Key Responsibilities Develop, implement, and manage a best-practice procurement excellence framework. Lead process improvements across sourcing, contracting, supplier management, and compliance. Track, analyse and report on procurement performance and key initiatives. Act as a procurement SME during the rollout of new tools and systems across business units. Contribute to strategic procurement projects and change initiatives. Deliver training and communications to support process improvements and change adoption. Your Background You could be a Procurement Analyst or Specialist ready to step up, or a Management Consultant who’s worked on procurement or transformation projects and wants to move in-house. You’ll also bring: A data-driven, commercial mindset with strong analytical skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities (including PowerPoint). A proactive, collaborative approach and the ability to build trust across stakeholders. Qualifications in procurement, supply chain, law, or a relevant business field.
