They are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with Public & Private wireless solution selling experience at a high level. The Role Lead business development and sales initiatives within the high-growth telecommunications sector. Key focus areas include indoor public wireless solutions such as Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS) and WiFi, as well as Private Mobile Networks. This role targets large enterprise and government customers, working both directly and in collaboration with Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and other wireless ecosystem partners. The objective is to generate demand, shape opportunities, and close innovative deals that deliver differentiated value and strategic outcomes for clients. Responsibilities Market Development : Identify and define target markets; analyze needs and trends; pinpoint high-potential prospects; develop compelling value propositions; engage with senior decision-makers to shape and validate opportunities. Sales Execution : Progress opportunities through the full sales lifecycle. Manage internal processes for pricing, contracting, and closing profitable deals. Customer Engagement : Build strong, trust-based relationships with customers. Use customer insights to improve value delivery and exceed expectations. Solution Alignment : Provide input into solution development based on market and customer feedback to ensure offerings are fit-for-purpose. Value Proposition Development : Ensure all proposals and presentations clearly articulate business, commercial, technical, and strategic value for customers. Partnership Building : Cultivate relationships with key ecosystem players to co-develop new solutions and business models. Negotiation : Effectively manage negotiations with internal and external stakeholders. Secure favorable outcomes while maintaining positive relationships. Skills and Experience Required 10–15 years of experience in solution development and business development sales, with a strong track record of driving complex deals to closure. Proven ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate outcomes in multi-stakeholder environments. Demonstrated success in selling Public and Private Wireless solutions, including Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), WiFi, and Private Mobile Networks. Experience managing high-value, strategically sensitive, and complex bids from inception through to contract execution. Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of pricing models, contract structures, and revenue drivers. Background in technical B2B solution selling, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Industry knowledge and client engagement experience across verticals such as Mobile Network Operators (MNOs), commercial property, transport and logistics (e.g., ports), industrial and manufacturing, healthcare, and government sectors.
