Our client is undergoing a high-impact transformation and is seeking a Change Communications Lead to guide their people through this exciting period of change. In this role, you'll be responsible for crafting and delivering clear, engaging, and meaningful communication that helps employees understand what's changing, why it matters, and how they fit into the future. What you'll do: Lead communication strategy and execution for a major integration and transformation project Translate complex technical, cultural, and operational changes into simple, relatable messaging Partner with the Change Lead, People & Performance, and Internal Comms teams to ensure alignment Support leaders with messaging and content so they can confidently engage their teams Create compelling content across multiple channels that drives clarity, energy, and connection Engage with stakeholders across time zones (some flexibility required) What our client is looking for: 5 years' experience in change or internal communications, ideally in a transformation or M&A environment Outstanding written and verbal communication skills Strong planning and stakeholder engagement experience Comfortable working in fast-moving environments with changing priorities Experience working with teams in the USA or Europe is a strong advantage A collaborative mindset with a creative, positive approach to storytelling Bonus if you bring CMS or light design/content creation skills This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in shaping how change is communicated and embraced across an organisation.
