Overview Reporting into the Director of Communications, the Change Communications Lead will be responsible for planning and delivering compelling, clear, and engaging communication that translates technical, operational, and cultural changes into stories that resonate with our people. Responsibilities Complex changes are translated into simple, human, and relevant narratives for all employee groups. Messaging aligns with brands tone of voice and values, fostering understanding and connection. Clear Planning, Structure and Hands-On Execution of all comms A robust communications plan is in place to support key milestones across the journey. Content is delivered across a range of formats—emails, FAQs, videos, live sessions, intranet, and leader toolkits. Own deliverables end-to-end, and get things done with a high level of accuracy and accountability. Teams feel informed, supported, and inspired about the future state. Leaders are equipped with content and confidence to engage their teams meaningfully. Works closely with the Change Lead to synchronise timing, messaging, and engagement activities. Integrated with People & Performance and Internal Comms to ensure a joined-up approach. Skills 4 years experience -Proven experience in change communications, ideally within a large-scale transformation, integration, or acquisition. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills—able to craft clear, compelling messages and content. Strong planning and project management skills—can map out communications timelines and keep things moving. Confident stakeholder manager—able to collaborate and influence at all levels. Comfortable working in fast-moving, ambiguous environments with shifting priorities. Brings creativity, positivity, and ambition to the team and is passionate about helping others feel included and informed.
