Functional Testers x2 – Utilities Sector | 6-Month Contract Hawksworth is currently seeking 2 experienced Functional Testers to join one of our major clients in the Utilities sector (distributor side, not retailer). These are initial 6-month contracts with strong potential for extension. Role 1: ETL / Data Migration Tester Requires hands-on experience in ETL processes and Data Migration within the utilities sector (distributor experience) . Role 2: SharePoint Tester Requires experience testing SharePoint solutions within the utilities sector (distributor experience) . Key Responsibilities: Execute functional test cases based on user stories and acceptance criteria Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives Collaborate with developers, BAs, and stakeholders to clarify requirements Identify, document, and track defects; support root cause analysis Contribute to test documentation and continuous process improvements Required Skills & Experience: 10 years of functional testing experience, including writing test reports Strong background in the Utilities sector , particularly electricity and gas markets (e.g. MSTATS, CATS, B2B ) Experience testing SAP ISU or SAP ERP Proven ability to analyze functional and system requirements to develop test cases Solid understanding of Agile methodologies and the SDLC Excellent communication and collaboration skills Start Date: ASAP Location: Melbourne Only Contract Type: 6-month contract with view to extend If you meet the above criteria and are looking to join a high-performing team on a critical project, we’d love to hear from you.
