This role is critical in ensuring seamless contract management, from drafting and negotiation to execution and compliance. You will collaborate closely with managers, clients, and subcontractors to safeguard contractual obligations, mitigate risks, and uphold our reputation for excellence. Key responsibilities: Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, amendments, terms and conditions for projects. Ensure all agreements comply with legal, regulatory, and company standards. Coordinate with internal teams to align contract terms with project scope, timelines, and budgets. Monitor contract performance, track milestones, and actively negotiate any discrepancies or necessary term changes with relevant parties. Maintain accurate records of contracts, revisions, and correspondence in the digital database. Resolve contractual disputes or claims when necessary. Interpret contract terms for clients and subcontractors and and ensure adherence. Identify risks and recommend strategies to minimize liabilities. Liaise with clients and subcontractors to clarify obligations and foster positive relationships. Qualifications: 2 years experience in contract administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities. High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
