To be successful in this role, you will have demonstrated experience engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders. You will apply developed technical capabilities and broad knowledge of Project Management methodologies to deliver real impact for our clients. This role will see you supporting all aspects of the project such as finance, scheduling, and transition phases. Further, you will have an interest in improving processes that enable our teams to do their best work. As a Defence consultancy, we also need you to be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain a AGSVA Security Clearance. Essential skills and attributes include: Relevant qualifications in Project Management, Risk, Governance, or proven experience in a Project Management role, preferably in a Defence environment Experience in Maritime Acquisition or Sustainment High level of emotional intelligence Persistent, resilient, and proactive problem-solver Curious listener with the ability to communicate complex topics clearly and simply Organised and can manage competing priorities without losing sight of details Having these other abilities would also be awesome (but not mandatory): Experience in the One Defence Capability System Knowledge of the defence industry and the ASDEFCON suite Above the line support directly to the Commonwealth
