Key Responsibilities Examine existing business systems, workflows, and organisational structures to identify operational inefficiencies and recommend improvements Evaluate and document procedures, information flows, and communication processes across departments Conduct time-and-motion studies and cost-benefit analyses to support business process redesign Design and implement methods to streamline operations and increase productivity Work with stakeholders to develop and document new standard operating procedures (SOPs) Develop and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare management reports on process performance Assist in the design and implementation of digital and automated solutions, including ERP and CRM systems Liaise with software vendors and internal teams to coordinate system enhancements and ensure smooth rollouts Provide user training, documentation, and change management support Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor’s degree or higher qualifications. Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
