🍹 You Are:
A confident leader with proven experience in high-volume cocktail venues
Capable of managing bar operations, mentoring junior staff, and leading by example
Calm under pressure, with sharp attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Passionate about drinks, service, and creating a bar culture that’s both high-performing and welcoming
Reliable, organised, and genuinely invested in the success of your team
💼 What You’ll Do:
Oversee day-to-day bar operations during service — from prep and setup to close
Maintain high standards of presentation, cleanliness, and drink consistency across the board
Support and guide the bar team, helping newer staff grow while keeping service smooth and efficient
Work closely with management on ordering, stock control, and venue-wide service coordination
Jump on the tools when needed — you're still a gun bartender at heart
