Based in Geelong, they're known for craftsmanship, reliability, and getting the job done right. They're now looking for a capable Stair Installer to join their Melbourne install crew. This is an ongoing role with consistent work across Melbourne's north, east and south. What's on offer: Steady, long-term work - not just short-term fill-ins Full training on systems and processes Early starts, early finishes - 7am on-site No factory work - just clean on-site installs Support from a tight-knit, professional team offering ongoing remote support What you'll need: Carpentry, joinery or cabinetmaking background Your own transport and tools (ladder, drop saw, drills, levels, etc.) White Card and valid driver's license The ability to read plans and work independently A focus on quality and doing the job properly the first time You'll be installing custom-built staircases on-site, everything from straight flights to curved and feature stairs Working with well-prepped materials and clear instructions. You won't be left in the dark, but you'll need to be confident enough to manage a job solo once trained.
