The Practice: Our client is a highly respected architectural and interiors practice located on the leafy city fringe. They have a diverse range of projects comprising Multi-Residential, Mixed-Use Developments, Commercial Buildings and highly technical buildings. The Opportunity: The practice currently seeks an Interior Designer to join their team on a permanent basis. This practice is exceptionally well run and has a proven record of developing and engaging with staff to genuinely invest in your future. Key Responsibilities The successful candidate must be able to: Play a key role on projects from concept through to completion, ensuring alignment with client objectives and project requirements. Participate in client presentations and contribute to the development of design strategies. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver innovative and practical design solutions; Stay informed about industry trends and integrate innovative design approaches into projects. Utilize BIM tools, particularly Autodesk Revit, for efficient project documentation. Skills Required Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Interior Architecture, Architecture or a related field, with ideally 5 years of experience gained working on multi-residential and/or student accommodation projects. Excellent communication and project management skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Strong design skills with attention to detail; A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement. Proficiency in Revit.
