Are you a Revit-savvy technician with a passion for high-density residential design? Join a small close knit team in Melbourne and work on landmark multi-storey developments shaping the city skyline in this short term role that could lead on to greater things. We’re seeking a skilled Revit Documenter or Architectural Technician with strong documentation experience and a sharp eye for detail. You'll be responsible for producing high-quality construction documentation for multi-storey residential projects , collaborating closely with project leads and consultants from early stages through to delivery. Key Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and efficient documentation using Revit Work across multiple stages, particularly design development and construction documentation Collaborate with a team of architects and consultants Ensure documentation aligns with building codes, standards, and project specifications Coordinate technical aspects of multi-storey residential projects You will have: 3 years’ experience in a similar role within architecture or drafting Strong Revit skills with a portfolio showcasing documentation of multi-residential buildings Solid understanding of BCA/NCC , construction detailing, and building services coordination Excellent communication and team collaboration skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines If you are up for the challenge and would like more information then please Apply Now.
