3 month role (with possible 2 x 3 month extensions) Based in Brisbane CBD Eden Ritchie is seeking an experienced, client-oriented SAP Signavio Process Modeller to join a Queensland Government department. You will will have forged your skill set through working in large business implementations and preferably have a minimum of 3 years’ experience. Responsibilities: Provide leadership and direction in the review and development and management of business process models including risk and issue identification and management. Identify, investigate, and analyse business processes, procedures, and work practices including mapping legislative and policy obligations. Identify and evaluate pain points and inefficiencies and recommend optimal business practices for continual process improvement. Consult with and provide expert advice to relevant stakeholders in relation to ongoing development of the department’s process architecture and process definition. Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to deliver clear, concise, and agreed business outcomes. Provide expert advice and support in the completion of quality reviews of deliverables as part of the Business Process Management (BPM) Centre of Excellence (CoE). Liaise, consult, and negotiate effectively with team members, stakeholders, and client groups to develop and maintain effective working relationships and the integrity of the overall solution. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers and customers, and Maintain a broad and up to date knowledge and understanding of SAP Signavio, innovation. Essential Qualifications/Certifications/Skills Proven experience in SAP Signavio. Demonstrated extensive BPMN v2.0 experience, including coaching and mentoring of stakeholders, and ability to work across teams. Extensive client service skills including working to deadlines and service level timelines. Extensive written and verbal communication skills with demonstrated ability to provide advice, consult and negotiate with stakeholders on complex and strategic issues, build effective client and stakeholder relationships in an environment of change and client service delivery. Good knowledge of the practical use and application of reference models including APQC and SAP value accelerators.
