Engineering Trades Australia are currently seeking a Mechanical Supervisor to oversee fixed plant maintenance at a gold processing site on an ongoing 8:6 FIFO roster, flying from NJE Terminal Perth. This is a long-term opportunity for a motivated supervisor with solid gold processing experience and strong leadership capability. You’ll be supervising a crew of experienced fitters and crane operators, working across the full surface plant – no underground. Dayshift only, with call-out responsibilities as needed. About the Role: Roster: 8:6 FIFO – Monday to Monday, 5:00am – 5:00pm Location: Plutonic Gold Operations (Surface only) Team: 3 x Boilermakers/Welders, 60T & Franna Operator, 3 x Fitters Plant Includes: • Jaques Terex double toggle jaw crusher • Symons 7’ secondary and tertiary crushers • 2 x screen houses and conveyor systems • 3 x Ball Mills and Warman Pumps • CIL tanks, Elution Circuit & Gold Room • Knelson Concentrator and Acacia Reactor Amenities: Dry and wet mess, gym, swimming pool, squash court, tennis/basketball court Systems: CMM and Pronto experience highly desirable Rate: Competitive pay structure – discussed on application Meals and accommodation provided on site Weekly pay – every Friday One point of contact at ETA What We’re Looking For: Supervisory experience in gold processing plant environments Australian-recognised Mechanical Trade Certificate Strong knowledge of fixed plant equipment listed above CMM and Pronto system familiarity (preferred) S26 Certificate Current white card HRWL (advantageous) Ability to pass pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening Must reside in Australia with full working rights If you're a hands-on supervisor who understands gold plant operations and wants a stable, ongoing opportunity with a great crew and facilities, we want to hear from you!
