By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers. We are looking for a Sales Associate to join us on our journey. The Sales Executive will be responsible for managing the sales pipeline end-to-end by consulting, qualifying, and converting potential leads to customers. Focus on customer discovery, need analysis, solution pitching, negotiation, and closure through interactions via phone, chat, and email. Ensure sales diligence! Build and manage the sales pipeline through sales cadences and follow-ups to achieve revenue targets (earn attractive incentives!) . Know your competition! Stay proactive about competitors' activities to build or improve sales strategies. Work as one team! Collaborate with Support, Product Management, and Marketing teams to gather client feedback and resolve issues. This is an inside sales role — no field sales or cold calling involved. Qualifications: 2-3 years of quota-carrying sales experience Multitasking across calls, chat, and tickets Follow-up skills with customers Good command of English, as the role involves working for an Australian process Basic knowledge of domain hosting; technical training can be provided Customer base primarily in Australia, with collaboration with the Philippines team Shift Timings: 4:30 AM, 5:30 AM, 6:30 AM — 9 hours, mostly midnight shifts Additional role details: Understanding customer requirements related to web hosting, website design, and SEO services. Ability to assess needs and pitch suitable products, with a focus on sales negotiation. Deep technical knowledge is not required.
