Title and Summary Director, Loyalty Strategy Consulting Sales & Services at Mastercard is responsible for acquiring, engaging, and retaining customers by managing fraud and risk, enhancing cybersecurity, and improving the digital payments experience. We provide value-added services leveraging expertise, data-driven insights, and execution. We are seeking an exceptional strategic sales professional to join our Loyalty & Personalization Consulting practice in APAC. This rapidly growing business within Mastercard aims to expand in the region through business development. In this role, you will work closely with clients to tailor our professional services to help them achieve their customer loyalty ambitions. This entrepreneurial position offers a unique opportunity to shape the direction of our regional practice. Responsibilities Drive growth: Expand our business in APAC, focusing on the Australian and New Zealand markets by developing new client relationships and growing existing ones. Provide expertise: Develop a deep understanding of our loyalty consulting services and industry trends to tailor solutions to client needs. Own the sale: Responsible for selling our loyalty consulting services, including defining scope and finalizing pricing, in collaboration with Sales and Consulting Delivery teams. Lead clients: Build lasting relationships with senior clients (VP) at leading brands, becoming a trusted advisor throughout the sales process and project delivery. Collaborate effectively: Work closely with regional partners across Sales, Delivery, and Product teams to deliver the best of Mastercard to clients. Sales pipeline management: Manage and process sales pipelines effectively. Requirements Experience in loyalty, CRM, digital marketing, and/or personalization at an established brand or top consulting firm. Experience as a consultant or in professional services, with a focus on retail, travel, or hospitality industries. Strong executive presence with experience engaging regional and multinational company leaders. Proven ability to secure internal buy-ins and navigate complex matrix organizations. Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly in dynamic environments. Experience managing ambiguity in high-growth, unstructured settings. Understanding of the interaction between business and technology. Entrepreneurial mindset with creativity, ownership, and business acumen.
