The HR Business Partenr plays a central role in delivering the HR Collectives' services to clients as an onsite partner. You’ll be an experienced all-rounder professional who can easily pivot between tactical execution, and longer-term thinking. In this role you need to be prepared to roll up your sleeves and get things done in varying environments from large corporate to fast-paced, constantly changing, agile, start-up environments. Responsibilities:Work closely with clients' Chief People and Culture Officer and the Executive Committee to gain a deep understanding of business strategies and priorities and ensure they have the right talent and programs in place to achieve them.Help build and own the execution of our clients' people strategy that fully embodies their values and ethics.Deliver operational efficiency as the main HR Business partner covering all aspects of people processes including: performance management, compensation and benefits, learning and development, talent management, employee relations, WHS and management reporting.Collaborate closely with other people team members as needed.Drive high performance and a feedback culture via Performance Frameworks to ultimately increase ownership, accountability and increase engagement and retention within our clients.Guide and coach leaders to be the best they can be for themselves and their teams.Identify opportunities to continuously raise our clients' standards and improve processes along the candidate and employee journey, leveraging all available resources.Handle sensitive issues and be a trusted advisor. About you:You will be operating at a senior level, ideally with a working background in a financial services, technology or digital product focused company with the following skills and experience: 5 years experience as a HR generalist/business partnerExperience developing HR programs and initiatives based on your prior experience of what works as a business partner and a desire to improve on itTertiary qualifications in HR, Business, Psychology or people-related disciplinePrior leadership experience desirable as that helps you to coach and inspire our leadersStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working in a large corporate environment undergoing complex change programs / business mergers would be idealExperience operating in a consulting capacity or in a standalone HR role is desirable but not essential as this role offers a large structured team environment although the ability to be resourceful and influence stakeholders remains essential Benefits and perks:You will get to work in a fast paced and rapidly growing consulting pioneer with a unique culture that will offer you the opportunity to make your mark and influence the long-term direction of the company and its clients.
