Key Responsibilities Producing precast concrete elements, including moulding, casting, and finishing. Assembling precast components to meet design specifications. Operating and maintaining tools and equipment. Assisting with site preparation, including formwork and reinforcement. Maintaining a clean and organized workspace. What We’re Looking For Prior experience in precast concrete manufacturing (advantageous but not essential). Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Excellent teamwork and communication skills. Dedication to maintaining workplace safety. Forklift licence and experience (highly regarded).
