As a vital member of our production team, you will be responsible for crafting and assembling high-quality components for our innovative range of boating products. Your expertise in fiberglass and paint work will directly contribute to the exceptional standards that Davco is known for. Responsibilities: Perform all aspects of boat building, including fiberglass work, gelcoat application, assembly of components. Prepare surfaces for painting, including sanding, filling, and priming. Apply various types of marine paints and coatings to achieve a high-quality finish. Ensure all work is completed to a high standard of quality and within the allocated timeframe. Maintain a clean and safe working environment. Collaborate effectively with other team members. Skills and Experience: Proven experience as a Boat Builder and/or Marine Painter. Strong knowledge of boat building materials and techniques (e.g., fiberglass, composites). Proficiency in preparing and painting various boat surfaces. Experience with different types of marine paints and application methods (spraying, rolling, brushing). Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
