About The RoleYour mission is to support our Melbourne sales team by helping with the onboarding, training and ongoing support of our partners and end-customers. You will form a key part of the in-office support for our on the road BDM’s. So your normal working day will be spent managing a variety of situations, often at the same time like: preparing quotes, taking calls and emails from customers or partners, new partner accreditations, leading partner training, booking in meetings for our BDM’s, or preparing sales reports, all while ensuring performance and quality targets are achieved. About YouThis position will ideally suit someone who enjoys working in a small team and dynamic office environment while having a wide scope of responsibilities. While being mentored by an experienced leadership team, it’s also essential to be able to work unsupervised.
