As the National Sales Manager you will be responsible for leading the Sales Managers and Sales teams to deliver the commercial strategies that align with our corporate goals as well as working with the Senior Management Team to develop strategic, results-oriented business plans to deliver growth. Role & Responsibilities · Manage and coach the Regional Pharmacy Managers to foster high-performance in the Pharmacy Sales Team. · Directly manage and coach a team of Business Development Managers to deliver growth in the hospital and private clinic markets. · Set and monitor KPIs that align with the business needs and strategy. · Collaborate cross-functionally to create strong strategic sales plans, territory strategies and new product launches while ensuring effective resource allocation and CRM use. · Deliver in field coaching based on performance needs, promote best practices and build a strong sales team culture. · Manage the relationships with key stakeholders including wholesalers and Pharmacy Groups along with the Regional Sales Managers. · Attend and manage the delivery of key strategic events such as medical and internal meetings according to the strategic plan. · Maintain sales forecasts and respond proactively to market opportunities and risks. Requirements Proven track record in developing and leading high-performing sales teams to meet or exceed sales, profitability, and budget targets. Ideally experience in the pharmaceutical, medical device or related industry. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful national sales strategies aligned with business goals and market opportunities. Strong understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management within a sales environment. Excellent communication skills with a proven ability to build strong relationships with customers and cross-functional teams. Strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to interpret sales data and use CRM tools to support decisions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 applications and CRMs (ideally Salesforce) Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, or a related field, with a valid Australian driver’s license and willingness to travel interstate 1–2 times per month.
