What you will be doing and what skills you may have Ensure the communication flow from the show team to the wider station team is flawless Manage the production schedule for the Ricki-Lee, Tim & Joel show Use your organisational skills to keep across busy travel and show schedules Work productively alongside talent in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment Book the biggest guests on the planet Influence content to ensure flawless on-target execution Build segments and shape story-arcs that appeal to Nova’s audience Work with the Digital Content Director to utilise Nova’s social and online platforms to grow RTJ's audience Identify opportunities for content in everyday life and craft that into world class radio To be successful in this role you will have: Having a minimum of five years’ experience Having an understanding of, appreciation for, and ability to support the commercial success of the show and station.
