The team provides advice and services supporting all ASIC team members. The Culture, Engagement & Equity team leads key strategic people functions to align the broader People & Culture team with the People strategy. This includes culture, organisational development, leadership, remuneration and benefits, performance development, diversity, inclusion & belonging, and employee relations. The role Reporting to the Chief People & Culture Officer, this role will lead major programs within the People Strategy and provide strategic expertise on people-related initiatives and matters. You Will Be Accountable For Leading and aligning key HR strategic functions Ensuring effective coordination between the centre of excellence and operational areas to implement organisational development strategies and initiatives Providing specialist technical advice on human resource and risk issues Managing budgets, resources, and risk frameworks to drive efficiency, ensure business continuity, and support organisational goals About You The successful candidate will have significant senior HR leadership experience, with proven success in driving cultural change and fostering employee engagement.
